This fillet knife is the perfect accessory for the avid fisher and cook. The stainless steel blade is 6 1/2 inches long. At the base of the blade there is a serration pattern for heavy duty cutting that transitions into a smooth razor sharp edge midway up to the point. The handle is made of a sturdy plastic composite and is ergonomically designed to give a comfortable grip.
